Private by design. Yours alone.

Organise your digital life and legacy today. Decide who gets what, and when.

Privici helps you list every account you have, choose what should happen to each one, and set the trigger that releases it. Nothing is shared until then — and only with the people you named. Sort it now, or they inherit the mess.

A lifetime, shared. A plan, so nothing is lost.

See what Privici is really about — in 30 seconds.

So the people you love aren’t left with the mess.

See it for yourself

Try the Privici prototype.

A simulation with sample data — it does not touch your phone, your accounts, or anything of yours.

In the real product, your plan is end-to-end encrypted — only you and the people you choose can ever read it.

The tools you use can’t do this. The people you love pay for the gap.

When someone dies, their accounts carry on without them. Passwords, photos, subscriptions and money stay locked behind logins and codes no one else can reach — leaving the people left behind to face months of red tape while they grieve.

Not another vault in the cloud. We help you build your private encrypted plan, effortlessly on your device.

A password manager just holds logins. Privici is the place to organise your digital life and decide what happens to each part of it — so the people who'd otherwise untangle it are looked after.
🗂️

Private inventory

Your inventory is scanned and built on your own device — logins, passwords, photos, documents — then sealed with end-to-end encryption. Only you and the people you choose can ever read your plan. We can’t — and that’s by design.

🤝

Trusted circle

Released only when you say so — either you start it yourself, or people you trust confirm you’ve passed away or can no longer manage things. Nothing slips out early.

🕊️

You set the rules

For everything you keep, you decide what happens: pass it on to someone, assign someone to handle it, close it down — or keep it private, handed to no one. On your terms, not a default.

Privici works alongside your will — it doesn’t replace it.

A will decides who legally inherits your money and property, and it needs a professional to be valid where you live. Privici handles what a will can’t: the everyday digital detail — which accounts exist, how to reach them, and what you’d like done with each one. Your executor still does the legal work. Privici makes sure they aren’t doing it blind.

🔒

Encrypted on your phone. Unreadable to us.

Privici cannot see your accounts, passwords, or financial information. Your plan is built on your device and end-to-end encryptedwe cannot unlock it, we cannot read it, and we have nothing to sell. Unlike apps that harvest your data into their cloud, your digital life stays exactly where it belongs — with you — until you decide what you want to pass on, and to which of your designated beneficiaries and assignees.

For everything you keep, you choose what happens.

Some things should stay private — handed to no one. You decide what's passed on, what someone handles for you, what's closed down, and what stays sealed.

Questions

Is Privici a will? Does it replace one?
No — and it isn’t meant to. A will is the legal document that decides who inherits your money and property, and it needs a professional to be valid where you live. Privici covers what a will doesn’t: the practical digital detail — which accounts exist, how to reach them, and what you’d like done with each. Keep your will for the legal side, and use Privici so the people carrying out your wishes aren’t starting from nothing.
Doesn’t Apple or Google already do this? (Legacy Contact, Inactive Account Manager)
They help — and Privici works alongside them, not against them. Apple’s Legacy Contact hands your Apple account to one person after death; Google’s Inactive Account Manager does the same for Google. Each covers one platform’s own accounts — nothing else, no choices about individual items, and little help in cases of incapacity. Your digital life is far bigger: banking and cards, subscriptions, photos, documents, and the forty-plus accounts most of us forget we have. Privici is the private layer above all of it — it finds everything, lets you decide item by item (pass on, assign, quietly close — or keep private), and releases each thing to the right person, on your rules. So yes — switch those built-in tools on. Then keep the whole plan in Privici.
When does Privici share my plan?
Neither happens by accident. Nothing is shared until a release is triggered, and you decide how that works. You can start it yourself at any time — before surgery or travel, for instance. Or you can ask people you trust to confirm that you’ve passed away or can no longer manage things yourself. Either way, a waiting period you choose then runs, and you can stop it before it ends. Until then, everything stays sealed — locked and unreadable to everyone, including us.
How do my loved ones actually get into the accounts?
Privici gives them what they need: the details you chose to save, plus step-by-step guidance for each account. But having the details isn’t the same as having the legal right to use them — that depends on their legal standing, such as being your named executor or holding a power of attorney. Privici organises and delivers; the legal authority comes from the proper documents, which is why we recommend putting those in place too.
Can my spouse or family just use my passwords?
Not straightforwardly. Sharing login details usually breaks a service’s terms, and for money it goes further: after someone dies, only a joint owner, a named beneficiary, or the executor can deal with a bank, card or investment account — holding the password gives no right to move money, and doing so can be a serious offence. Privici gives your people the full picture and clear guidance for each account; the right to act comes from their legal role, not from having a password. That’s why we point you to the proper steps too — naming beneficiaries at your bank, and making sure your will or power of attorney covers digital assets.
How does Privici work if someone's phone is locked, or their accounts have extra security?
Privici isn't about breaking into accounts — nothing should be. It's about planning ahead. You privately record what matters, store the details you choose to leave, and set clear instructions — so the people you trust are guided to do the right thing, the right way. The goal is simple: nothing important is ever lost or locked away by accident.
Is my information private and secure?
Privacy is the whole point of Privici. Your plan is yours alone — kept private, under your control, and shared only with the people you choose, only when you choose.
What does "reserve my spot" mean? Am I paying now?
No payment now. Reserving your spot puts you on our founding list — you'll be first to know when Privici launches, and you'll help shape how it's built.
When will Privici launch?
We're building it now, together with our founding members. Reserve your spot and we'll keep you posted as it develops.
Who is Privici for?
Anyone who wants their digital life — accounts, memories, wishes — handled with care.
